@wrdnrd1602 You are entitled to it. But just so's ya know they're both supposed to be annoying. I don't think there's always a right side and a wrong side, hopefully there's a funny side to both.
I'm a CODA and I will NEVER be a QA IV or agree to interpret in a legal setting... BUT I DIED when she said she was also an unregistered nurse, because I a nurse and an interpreter as well. XD;
I love all these stories and I think they are spot on, I just wish that real people were voicing it, it would be so much more hilarious!! the robotic talking kinda throws me off a bit, like no emotion... meh! keep up the vid's though! :)
Well, for one thing, this video certainly has lawyers spot on! I'm Hard of Hearing and a friend of a Deaf person FYI. Love the video series! Thank you so very much!
@SAMohhhh I guess you would also never tell a joke, laugh at yourself, or find a way to smile to get through the day. Would you?
Also, if you're making comments about yourself it's hard to be presumptuous, since you know yourself better than anyone else. Being educated to underestimate yourself sounds pretty terrible. Humility I understand, but actually underestimating yourself just seems wrong.
No what does unethical mean?
Oh right your a lawyer

I found the lawyer AND the interpreter pretty annoying. That's my opinion and I'm entitled to it.

AAAAHHHHHH THIS IS BRILLIANT!
I love the description of everything that an interpreter has to do. "I am a linguistic dynamo!"

This had me chuckling all morning. Spot on... you managed to capture my life perfectly. I'm an interpreter, not lawyer by way. :-D

You forgot the part where the lawyer tells the interpreter that he will just pass the cost of the interpreter on to the client.

There is a captioned version but YouTube won't let me post a link in the comments.

Well, this one wasn't funny (except for the part about a BMW for each of the owner's kids), but it had a lot of truth to it. Thanks for making it!

Do you plan to add captions? or is the button just not working? Thanks!
montello1232 1 year ago
@montello1232 if you go to dotsub.com and search "interpreter" there's a captioned version.
bertissimo 1 year ago
@montello1232 or you can click on the red CC button on the bottom of the video. The CC will show up. It's transcribed by youtube itself.
