Many make an @ss of the system and that's why it doesn't work properly BUT there are always going to be greed mongrels. Why be one of them in return. These kids need help.... I am MORE than happy to support these children because this is what every child deserves. 'Tax payers' dollars will not support these children alone. Yes but quite a lot of the time, that "help" system is being abused. I believe that most of these systems are supposed to be used for a short amount of time until one can get back on his/her feet.
