I don't know why, but Alison's voice reminds me some of my childhood days, the happiest ones. It was pleasant for me to discover that the host of Claire Redfield's voice is such wonderful person! As hammy as it was (which usually translates to the best Voice Performances for RE) Paul definitely done a standout performance as Leon in RE2. Paul Mercier's... alright. I've gotten used to him, though it still took a lot of games with him in the role (and is the definite Leon by this point) for me to learn to tolerate his role.
Good god, this interview was in July 2009 and Amazing Spiez has yet to actually AIR all the episodes that were dubbed back in 2009. Why does it take so long to air Totally Spies and Amazing Spiez?

@Yuna5422 It's really rare for the same voice actor to take the same roll in this series. I think the only other character who has had the same voice is Ada Wong.....Oh I think Lisa Yamanaka voiced Sherry in both RE2 and DC
@RanMatFri She's not the only resident evil voice actor to come from X-men. RE3's Jill Valentine was played by Catherine Disher who played Jean Grey for the animated x-men series.

Also, 2:42-2:50 made me cheer! I do not want to see her voice actor lose a part for claire EVER.

I really hope Capcom decides to do at least one or two more RE films. It would be awesome if they did adaptations of the actual games, so we can see the full stories play out, rather than being confined to a single perspective like we are in the games.

Alyson's real voice kinda sounds like her Claire voice, she did Yoko in RE Outbreak File #1&2, I always liked Claire to me she was the best female Re character. I saw some of the cartoons she did and some of The Big Comfy Couch, she's a great actress/va.
Actually in her recent interview with REvil she confirmed that IMDB was wrong and that she never voiced Yoko. Her involvement with Outbreak was as a voice director and motion director.
Oh I didn't know o.o ppl were saying IMDB had some wrong facts on her that she confirmed it? So she only worked behind the scenes, kinda sounds boring since voice acting is the true job anyway. So who did Yoko's voice then?

From RE 2 until now, Claire, imo, is the best female lead in the RE series. She went from college girl starring death in the face, to bad ass hero, to...activist. Hell of a career for her.

Alyson's voice is so sexy and cute. Her regular voice does remind you of Claire's very much.

Alyson's real voice kinda sounds like her Claire voice, she did Yoko in RE Outbreak File #1&2, I always liked Claire to me she was the best female Re character. I saw some of the cartoons she did and some of The Big Comfy Couch, she's a great actress/va.

Actually in her recent interview with REvil she confirmed that IMDB was wrong and that she never voiced Yoko. Her involvement with Outbreak was as a voice director and motion director.

Oh I didn't know o.o ppl were saying IMDB had some wrong facts on her that she confirmed it? So she only worked behind the scenes, kinda sounds boring since voice acting is the true job anyway. So who did Yoko's voice then?

I think her name is Lauren Tom if that's who I think it is I've seen the cartoons she's in, so I would have recognized her voice, guess I didn't.

@buffyspice88 Yea. It sucks though. That Alyson is getting all the credit for Yoko when she didnt do it. I mean people say it sounds like her but it didnt have her name in the credits on the game. SO why would people think its her? Ill post the interview online later on where she says she had nothing to do with Outbreak and didnt play Yoko's voice.

@MoviesintheMix That's true Lauren Tom should get the credit well if it's her that did Yoko but yes Yoko does sound like Alyson abit no wonder every1 said it was Alyson but she didn't contribute to Outbreak at all? Director Smiley said she voice directed and motion directed for Outbreak I'm getting confused I should watch that interview u have of her :)

From RE 2 until now, Claire, imo, is the best female lead in the RE series. She went from college girl starring death in the face, to bad ass hero, to...activist. Hell of a career for her.

I saw Alyson yesterday at SacAnime and she was so happy to see all her fans. Extremely cordial person. And I can not imagine anybody else playing the role of Claire Redfield.

Alyson Court is badass, she has been the most consistent voice actor for Resident Evil (she's been Claire's voice for ALL of Claire's canon appearances), and for that she deserves major kudos!
