I think it's beautiful, it reminds me of the atlantis resort in the bahamas, but better, it really combines Gothic, Muslim and Mughal and Jain styles together, some of the most beautiful buildings in the world The Taj Mahal, The Kremlin etc... are combos of different styles. Less variety in paint colors though would be a plus.

This is an aesthetically deprived eye-sore; probably one of the ugliest structures Ive ever seen in my entire 37 years of professional design. It defies the protocol of design continuity; it is a hodgepodge of bizarre & clumsy shapes randomly stuck together. Whoever designed this should have their architectural license revoked. Allot of out of scale atrocious & vulgar structures are being erected in Dubai that reek with gluttonous & tasteless visual assault & in a decade this will be obvious.
