I can't stress this enough: taking any form of stool softener while fasting is extremely dangerous u have to go through the pains there only temporary

how are u fasting and still eating??? and if u are going to consume seeds you need to eat raw and sprouted seeds. Not seeds that have been cooked and covered in toxic salt.
