Even if this dough was used for a pizza, it would be cooked before you eat it...Meaning it goes into a VERY hot oven. (The reason why when you cook chicken the inside has to reach a temperature of about 160 degrees F.) I could be wrong, but I thought it was just a neat thought. :)
