  • The issue here is not the strength yet it is. After you develop the strength to do it you get hit with the dizziness that takes you down. Hats off to your hard work!

  • @pantherkursk The wall is just to hold him up. He's not like using his felt to climb up the wall or anything. The vertical movement is purely coming from his upper body.

    It's hard enough to do a handstand period and hold it for any period of time w/o falling yet alone doing handstand push ups w/ no support.

  • @killerteddybears1214 it is easy. I started doing them 10 days ago. first day I did 6. second day it was 11. today it was 17. there is a video of a guy here on youtube who did 35.

    it is MUCH harder without wall support though, I am yet to make a single one, heh
