No, you wouldn't die right away from the G's, but it would be a painful death. You could also black out a 5G's and experience the same problems that have already been stated in this comment depending upon the person, so therefore, it is possible for you to die from the 7G's, but indirectly.

2. while in editor double click the section of track you want then

there should be a box with tunnels next to it tick that and it will put a tunnel around the track. if its not there on track such as lifts or brakes double click as usual then theres a button which say track setting click that and the tick box is there. glad to be of help.
