  • this guy is totally right. The fools are the people that can't do the math. there is a skin effect to electricity and fields that can't be seen like a magnet. There are fields do you say that magnets don't work. They can be created with electricity.

  • Do you pay money for that download speed??? I live in Romania and have 50 Mbs download and 5 mega upload and the ping is 10 ms not 39. I pay 13$/month for that.

  • you never talked about the skin effect

  • mmm the problem is not the cable that go from your modem to your computer/router. you dont get the internet from that cable, you get the internet from the black cable that connect to your isp

  • I wrapped the antennas on the router with aluminium foil 3 times and got stronger signal + double speed !!

  • If you take this seriously, you are a dumbass

  • You are the biggest IDIO on you tube. The only way to get more speed from your internet is to pay for it.

  • You have to SPLICE the Two Cables (that go to the Router) into ONE Computer Cat-5 input to actually Double the speed...

If you can do THREE or FOUR Cables into ONE Computer-side Cat-5 (not easy), you add that many 'Lanes' to YOUR Information Super Highway...

If you believe the video, you may already be Way Super High...

    Just Sayin'...

  • Another way to make your internet faster is to put magnets all over your computer, really works.

  • Thanks dude it actually worked! I went from a 4 mbp connection to an 11 mbp connection!

  • !!!! I WRAPPED SOME WIRE AROUND MY DICK, HOW IT'S 22 INCH'S LONG. how the fuck is a second wire laying on top of an insulated wire going to do shit@@@@dummass

  • instead of using cat5 I use zero gauge wire, my router is also powered by a 2000 watt amplifier, my speed returns infinity for both download and upload on speedtest

  • IMPORTANT: Not stated but absolutely CRITICAL for increasing ethernet data stream transfer rates is the users' belief & confidence in this special hack technique. Its not known why, but suspected to be a demonstrable consequence of Observer Effect, an essential consequence of the Inverse Determinacy Principle of Quantum Mechanics. The Heisenberg Principle is an example of observer effect in which experimental verification bias affects whether quantum particle or wave properties are predominant.

  • NASA will lucky to have you.

  • How can I do that with Optic Fiber?

  • @herciano if u have optic fiber internet, then you dont need more speed.

  • I LIE... YOU BELIEVE... GOVERNMENT THINGS... BUT IT DOES DOUBLE THE ELECTRICITY??? OR THE MONEY I HAVE IN MY POCKET??? IF I HAVE SOME :p IF THE PROVIDER IS GIVING ME 6MB, WHERE THE F WILL I GET ANOTHER 6MB. I SEE YOU SO SERIOUS, NOT A SMILE, I THINK YOU ARE CRAP CRAZY.

  • @EasyFolkDude I think you are a "CRAP" retard typing in CAPS all the time + your grammar sux.

  • ROFL ROFL ROFL ROFL

  • Works great

If it doesn't work try it again with new cable

  • hahaha good thing I have my Network+ :P

  • Prick

  • If I wrap 9000 cables around my cable, will it make my internet ~OVER 9000~ times faster?

  • Looks like Daniel Tosh

  • Best troll ever.

  • LOL AT ALL THE PEOPLE TRYING THIS

  • doesnt work I tried it like two to three days...and no double....

  • What a waste of time. There's no problem with the cable, the cat 5 is perfectly capable to handle any internet speed (hint hint, it's used in Local Area Networks too). Only thing that limits your internet speed is your ISP not cable holy moly lol.

    Good troll though

  • Lol'd do the math=troll ;,D

  • I can't get the Ls to drop out.

  • When I was doing tech support at a web hosting company we use to do this on the ethernet cables on our workstations because IT would throttle the LAN speed. Management eventually caught on after they realized where all the bandwidth was going. But it was great while it lasted!

  • I tried this, followed the steps to run the electrical cable around the CAT 5 cable and I was disappointed to find that my speed boost was only about 1.1-1.3x the original speed, but I discovered that if you EARTH the cable to the ground you can get speeds up to 3X TIMES faster. To earth the cable, use an extra wire (in-line to your 2 existing ones). Use the same method for protecting as shown in the video, run this cable across the room to the nearest large item of furniture. Good luck!

  • dont do that your isp control the amount of data you will receive no matter what magic trick you do... i f you want more speed you need to buy a higher speed plan

  • @blackangeluph your a fucking idiot

  • @NeoMinerva still some retards that do not read just to warm them before they f** some thing :) reatard ! :) love is in both ways peace :)

  • I excitedly applaud you. Trolling at it's finest, perfect, just perfect!

  • good joke!)

  • Hello there thank you for explanation but this is not true its not working ??

  • time waster, I did everything he said and got exactly same my usual internet speed.

  • Use heat shrink wrap on the ends.

  • Special person is special :)

  • lol mad

  • this is hilarious (x

  • Why so much reverb...erb...rb....

  • The way you bs through those maths equations brought a tear to my eye. Bravo.

  • I put my router on top of my computer desk so the data is gravity-fed.

  • what if you wrap two extra cables.... area is going to be 3xtimes . will the info increase 3 times????????

  • !!LOOOLLLest video on youtube

  • LOL! So what about the wire from the modem/router back to the ISP? You haven't changed that! It's like having a skinny 4 inch pipe from the water plant to your house, then putting a 1 foot pipe for the last 5 feet to the house. You're still limited by the thruput at the smallest point. ROFL!

  • LLLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOLLLLLL

  • Very funny, ha ha. You got me. I owe my gullibility to my trusting nature. I tend to see the best in people first. I will never trust anyone again.

  • You odly remind me of Daniel Tosh.

  • I did it and it worked, that proves it right, right?

  • Didn't work for me

  • I can suck my own cock.

  • didn't work for me...

  • @ssghosal Lol, its a joke...

  • DUDE, I TOTALLY INCREASED MY INTERNET BY FIFTEEN GIGASHITS

  • HOLY CRAP!! Now this is real high speed! awesome trick dude... you're the man ;)

  • Holy shit, Totally works.

  • I'm Commander Shepard and this is my favourite guide of all time

  • Speed test fucking sucks, I do one test and then test again and it just gives me a completely different number on the same testing server..

  • worked great! thanks

  • i bought 500 ft worth of cat5e cable now i hosting server just like T1 connection

  • confirmed

  • I am a neurosurgeon and this is exactly the same technique we use when performing a neuroplasty. If it can work for the human body it can work for teh interwebz.

  • I used 1000 cables and my computer came alive and some dude from the gutter said "come with me if u want to live!"

  • confirmed.

  • So would 3 cords = even faster speeds? Where's the point of diminishing returns?

  • Is this safe? If I tried this with fiber cable, would I be alright? I just don't want to divide by zero or something like that. I mean, I kinda like this universe and it's current timeline, and wouldn't want to mess with it.

  • seems legit

  • Actually, this works because of Oppenheimer's Divascular Principle. Kirshoff only added his cureent formula six years later. This is kind of a little known secret among people who understand physics that if you double surface area, you double current vascularity which equals faster internet speeds!

  • @thebetterlemonjello But why if the copper wires are not twisted together?

  • Holy Cow! I doubled up and now my download speeds are off the charts!... I can't believe the cable companies would rip us off!!

  • i was downloading an update for hungry sloth for iphone and this broke my internet now i cant play!!!

  • :)

  • I used 10 wires and increased my speed by 25x! This is because of the behaviour of the Information Constant at higher wire counts.

  • if i tape 100 wires will i get 100 times the speed?

  • and mw3 still lags.

  • Out of everything ridiculous here I found the semicolons in your equation to be the best

    /nerdhumor

  • Didn't work for me

  • it slowed down mine

  • IT SLOWED DOWN MINE

  • @metsrdahbest its Obvious you do. You wouldn't have said anything about it. unless u did. (:

  • Wow thank you. And I was thinking of getting Fios, Don't need it now.

  • nice! I can finally playing online games again! works great, I appreciate it.

  • Comment removed

  • Works like a charm, thanks mate. Didn't get double speed thought, but about 70% increase. Is it something wrong with how i wrap the cables do you think?

  • as a technologist, I certify that this video works

  • He says that this is a satirical video, but I tried it and got around 1.8x faster internet. I reviewed the math and it is 100% accurate. I'm a physicist and engineer for NASA, so you can trust that I am telling the truth.

  • will this work on my xbox or ps3 thats what i really wont to know

  • I did a speed test before and after on 5 separate occasions lableled ocsx below.

    OCS1: 2.3x faster

    OCS2: 1.6x faster

    OCS3: 2.2x faster

    OCS3: 2.9x faster

    OCS4: 2.2x faster

    OCS5: 2.1x faster

Each test there was a significant improvement and this is a solid method to get more bang for you buck.

  • @ULTIMATEHALOGEAK Nah dude! It works for sure! Cat6 cable works even better.

  • lol...k... troll fag be trollin.

  • @YonOtto No shit Sherlock

  • Wow, this worked perfectly!!

  • As a mathematician I can confirm the simplification of the integral is accurate using Lebesgue integration.

    This is legit.

  • dis dont wurk

  • @xJoe90 Thats weird. If it didn't work with two wires, that means your internet provider has throttled your isp to around 20 hertz per minute (basically the lowest they're legally allowed to go). This method needs at least 80 hertz to function correctly. Try it with 4 wires, that should do the trick

  • @AliMohsen95 oh it wurks naow thx

  • Hello, I'm the CEO of Comcast. I can absolutely tell you that this kid knows what he is talking about. We don't want this kind of information getting out.

    Yep.

  • You can double your internet speed at no extra cost. It's called dry looping! True story.

  • Thanks, I can now download a car in no time!

  • @Kllez No fucking way. I just downloaded two cars! It really fucking works

  • sounds legit to me

  • qeustion if the wire is touching the outside of the other wire and the wire is insulated how exactly does this work

  • @foamy1234566 Internet waves travel through electrons bumping each other in certain patterns. That basically means that the insulation doesn't change the facts that electrons are causing microscopic collisions to transmit information. Electrical tape has a chemical that feels these really tiny bumps and sends it to the visible end of the second wire. This whole process is a highly protected hacker secret called "dry looping". I guess its not a secret anymore huh...

  • Amazing, I was lagging so hard on Call of Duty. Now I get headshots and quad kills like a bau5.

  • This is the biggest load of rubbish i have ever seen. I'm a computer engineer and know for a fact that this doesnt work, 100% fake!!!!!!!

  • @ULTIMATEHALOGEAK wow good job sherlock holmes, god people like you are so socially retarded

  • @ULTIMATEHALOGEAK wow u computer engineer!!! u must me soo smart.. ure dumb as fuck that doesnt know his trollin...

  • i did this for my iphone now i get triple speeds, i can download a 3 gigapixel torrent in 13 seconds.

  • I am a Monster cable engineer, and I can confirm that this is a method of how we upgrade our cables. I disagree that gold plating has no use, it actually does increase the electromagnetic particle speed that travels inside the cable by 20 times! That means that if you buy our Monster cable you not only will get the benefits of this neat trick, but you will get the gold plating and your 25mbps will turn into 500mbps!

  • I did this modification at work. My boss thinks I'm some kind of a science wizard and I'm in now charge of the national network. I used to work there as a window cleaner. I don't even know how to start thanking you for this man!!!

  • I'm an internet and I can confirm this is right.

  • That's GOLD !!! I'm definitely giving that a go. My question is. If I'm on the X box in the lounge room and X box is wireless from my PC, Will i still have the advantage of that increased speed after all wireless is slower right ?

  • Give this man an award. This allowed me to upload my paper to my course dropbox JUST in time before it was due with my otherwise SLOW internet speed. Thanks Joe!!!

  • WOW THIS KID IS A GINUS!!!!!

  • lol.. i have a fiber network.. so this don't apply to me. but i never knew this haha. good work. my dl speed is at 57MB and upload is 38MB.. and i still don't have the best connection my ISP offers.

  • @ZasterDisatster nobody cares

  • I'm amazed... Works awesome!

  • You sound like Daniel Tosh.

  • Great vid man! keep up the great work! =)

  • Thanks to speedtest and knowledge of woophyourass's law x 2 *PI I now know where you live and imma commin to get the cables I wasted back!

  • cat5 ethernet I got it and it worked thanks. Had to pay 20€ but for twice the speed def worth it.

  • at first I though you were trollin, then you brought out the paper and the pen and realized you were trollin.

  • I wrapped CAT 5 cable around my dick and tripled my speed humpa humpa humpa

  • @njspqr and by that logic your dick is half the size of a cat5 cable?

  • @thebinbabys you got that right, especially since a cat5 cable doesn't have a predetermined size. The one I was using was 20 feet long.

  • Awesome! Thanks!

  • I'm a physicist, so I can confirm that this is right.

  • I used to get 100k dl speed now I'm up to 700k dl, I can now watch videos in 1080p without lag now. Thanks a lot for showing us this neat trick.

  • I'm no physicist, so I'm not doubting you're right there. This will only work on an intranet though... the ISP limits you on the CSU/DSU side of your modem. I hope you realize Ethernet has the capability to reach 100 mbps of bandwitdth (not throughput) WITHOUT ANY GIMMICKS, and Fibre Optic can actually reach 100 gbps. I'm gonna have to call fake on this one, at least for the purposes you have stated.

  • THANKYOU!!

  • I forgot to tape one of the ends and now I got current all over the floor.

    I thought it was I x E except after C or...no. I'm confused. No... Wait!

Another fine mess you got us into.

  • An ultimate troll leaves the like/dislike on.

  • It's crazy how much my upload speed increased. I used some cheap tape at first and had issues. But once I used the black tape you mentioned I noticed the change dramatically.

    Thanks man.

  • Thanks

  • Dude you have to take this video down. I work in tech support for one of the biggest internet providers and they made us sign a contract to not disclose this info. whoever let this slip to you is going to get in big shit.

  • Wow, you just saved me a lot of money. Thank you so much!

(I only got like 1.7x faster but still worth it)

  • Working fine. Much appreciated.

  • that is basic networking. thats why all the networkers have this monster internet connection! i have been using it for a while and it always works like a charm.

  • What if you have a wireless network....

  • @iNaruto13 Wrap the cable around the wireless router, it has the same effect.

  • @iNaruto13 This vidio worked for me

    (With wireless)

    /watch?v=lCtlI7a41YQ

  • awesome, worked well, thanks

  • Holy shit! Thank you man!

  • blazing speeds, fuck yes, my 56 dial up is now cable speeds

  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. I can now watch porn twice as fast and last twice as long. You've changed my life. Even my grades doubled and I have 2 gf's now.

  • This is incredible! Thank you! Worked great for me

  • works awesomely! thanks!

  • this TRIPLED my speed!

  • Worked perfectly! Whoever hasn't done this yet is missing out.

  • I will not go to jail or something right..cuz im about to do it...And i don`t wanna do anything illegal

  • I combined this with using cheat engine on my utorrent and i'm getting over 20mb/s downloads!!

  • This is dumb! Everyone knows you can just put ten cables together, secure them with twist ties and electrical tape. BOOM! Internet is ten time faster! If you use Lort Retsam's Temporal Paradox theorem you could potentially get information to travel faster than the speed of light. These equations are outdated. Try my experiment and weep at how faster your internet is!

  • @Illustratos I forgot all about Lort Retsam's Temporal Paradox! I always wondered why they taught us that. Just find the derivative of both parts of E sub {square root of -1} and multiply it with the speed constant! it would obviously increase ethernet conductivity! by 10x!

  • Worked perfectly! Thanks!!

  • I wrapped it 4 times and went back to the 1950s and invented rock n roll. You are welcome world.

  • you didn't take the net traffic into account.......

  • @IIoWoII this is a joke video :p

  • If you're going to try this, make sure you wrap in a clockwise direction if you are north of the equator and counter-clockwise if you are south of it or it won't work.

  • Trollolol

  • I just spent my whole day off trying this and it didn't work . any help ?

  • you forgot the plus C after the integral

  • I got -0,59 mbps less!!!

  • It took a bit of work to find the optimal cable lengths. In the end I got about s 40% boost from this method. Only complaint is that the video makes this seem like a new thing, but us IT folks did this back in the 90s to boost dial up speeds.

  • worked thanks bro

  • Comment removed

  • to make your computer faster delete system 32 (it holds all the junk) it worked for me
