@jimmyobop On line. Do yourself a favor and buy the "Box Set". It's expensive but nothing is omitted. The sound quality is fantastic. I hate to advertise but I buy a lot of stuff off Amazon under "used". I have never had an issue and even if it's a secondary seller, supposedly Amazon will back up the transaction. I can't say for sure since I never had a problem. By the way, the Box set is from the Bear Family Music in Germany. The booklet included is just amazing with photos I've not seen
