you forgot to mention that the PS2 version of ghwt has the worst load times in a rythem game. for me, waiting to play 1 song in the game is like waiting for a lunar eclipse

In previous GHs, if you had the controller you were fine, I don't know about this one as I never played it with the controller. However, if you have just a guitar, drums, or mic, one of the three, it's playable I know that.

Previous guitars from previous games (Legends of Rock, Aerosmith, etc.) will work with World Tour, and WT's guitar will work with previous games.

I don't know, I don't have a 360. My best guess is, due to knowing just the graphic power of the system, no. It does however push the PS2 to its limits.

I don't know if the PS2 WT guitar is wireless, I played with the original. To my best knowledge, at least the drum set is wireless.

Nice two cents on the game, although Tool doesn't exactly come across to me as Emo, but then again I don't know music. Also, pretty cool to see that the SG does indeed work. And I also agree with how nuts it is to complete the game as opposed to maybe Rock Band 2; I heard you need a four person band to properly beat the band career. :|

You need a mic, a drum kit, or a guitar to fully play it. The control only works if you have a microphone, as its used to select the gigs you wanna play and activate the amp power for the karoke option. I should note I found out the Karoke Rev. mic works on it, but GHWT's karoke is crap. But no mic, drum, or guitar and I'm sorry but it won't play.

thanks so much for this PS2 review. Most ppl have the latest and greatest platform, thus the reviews are for those platforms. So, for us poor folk who can't afford a 360, PS3, or Wii, are stuck with the Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube.
