  • can we get an explanation of why the twist? If it's for flexibility it's probably a horrible idea to do with weight sitting on your legs

  • the twist is for a reason. im not gonna tell u newbs now. every top body builder does it. not all share the secrets :)

  • @ilovesilvia69 Hmmm never seen one do it. When Kai came into our clinic, I asked him and he crossed his eyes at me (he's a ham). I know Jay doesn't do it, neither did Ronnie or Arnold or Sergio or really any other "top" bodybuilder. Perhaps you can show us some videos of 'every" top bodybuilder doing the twist. I posted the reason below...

  • @mathiastheok Iv' seen it in tons of body building magazines. IDK where you live. lol Iv' known about this for many years.

  • I wouldn't recommend the twisting. Holding the contraction is good, but the twisting, while trying to bring other muscle groups into play doesn't provide the benefits of directly targeting them using different exercises and instead puts too much cross rotational tension on the ACL which it isn't barometrically designed for....

  • She's fat and dumpy.

  • I don't know if that's a good idea to twist her legs like that. Looks like it might be bad for the knees.
