  • I thought he would've said that Chick-Fil-A was his favorite food . .. hahahah :3 <3

    GO DAVID CHOI!

  • @7Lecaf Since when was learning korean mandatory? He's korean-american. He went to American schools and was raised in American culture. It's not his fault he wasn't properly introduced to the korean language

  • @7Lecaf how do you know? he's got videos where he's interacting with his relatives in Korean. And besides, it's always easier to listen than to speak, so you don't know how good his listening comprehension is.

I spent a month and a half in Taiwan trying to speak with relatives and it's really discouraging when people are so negative and criticize your pronunciation. it's NOT THAT EASY. it takes time and people who can be patient with you and teach you how to speak properly.

  • lol "dissin the translator" hahaaa

  • That was aweome!

  • lol! the last part is somewhat awkward...he didn't know if they're done with the interview or not. the DJ didn't even thank him in English or something?

  • Great stuff David. Nice interview and the song was so amazing. Loving all the videos in Korea.

  • wow

    amazing live performance!

your cough made a laceration of my heart='( and GOOD LUCKK with your hong dae club performance! :)

  • Very nice man. Keep it up, and best of luck to you!

  • I love Something to believe.. this is amazing :D x

  • Awesome live performance :D you diden't know if it ended though lol aww.

  • Awesome live performances!

  • haha so cute at the end, he didn't know if it was over cuz the translator left. xDDD

  • look at davids face! so much passion!

  • i wonder if dan was listening in on this.

  • Nice live performance, could've wished for one more song: Won't Even Start! That would've rocked! XD

  • Totally love David and his music, but I must say, he really didn't help the host in making the show more interesting. He has done quite a few interviews already, can't he come up with more creative answers? Those he gave were as generic as it gets...

The performances were the best tho!

  • WOOOOO HOUSTON!!1 :D

    wish i could go! =[

  • the hosts voice is so soothing

  • David should have told the interviewer.... "Don't worry.. I will be back soon... You [Koreans] guys are holding my buddy Dan legally hostage." :)

  • dang the people talking besides the host and translator are ruining the vid. you cant even here some parts. btw. david choi fighting!!! koreans rule!!

  • beautiful live songs :D

i thought it was a tad rude though how the people behind the camera kept talking while you were being interviewed.

    i mean... sheesh. lol.

apart from that, i liked watching this :D

  • Great performance and interview your voice is amazing.

  • I wonder if he's really appreciating David's song?

I know he said the first song made his day better.

But he just looks so "ah" haha

I'm not trying to insult him.

Just saying. It could just be the language barrier ^^

    DAVID CHOI FIGHTIN!!!!!!

  • they were actually reading a message that a fan wrote saying David's song made her day better cause she messed up her exam :)

and i could kinda tell the DJ was looking very carefully at David's playing cause he's a singer too..

Anyway.. WE KNOW THAT DAVID IS AMAZING.. YOUTUBE KNOWS!! AND NOW KOREA KNOWS!!! YAY~~~

  • nice show , keep it up

  • :)

    hahaha 2:52

they said.. they don't need to translate any of the compliments

cause right after they say it David is already smiling!!!!

    so cute!!!!!!! ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

  • So, I need to know how much better the food is in Korea vs here. My mom is Korean but I'm guessing her Korean Cooking has gotten a bit Americanized... Was it awesome? Better than an In N Out Burger???

  • lol the translator translates and adlibs so well.

    <3 david choi

and that translator made my jaw drop, impressive.

  • david i love you!!!!

Seems like you're having fun. I wanna go to korea. ):

  • Anyway, David, beautiful live version of Something to Believe!

  • I think the guy in the middle is hitting on him... In the first part, he talked about how nervous he was about seeing David he almost threw up. In the second video, he says David is so handsome. And the third video, he says he took an exam that morning that he did really badly on, but hearing his song made his day. And this one,he comments on how David's allergies may make contribute to his nice husky voice.

  • hahah no he was just simply reading out the messages the fans were sending while listening to this radio

  • ohh! haha. Yea that shows how little Korean I understand. (I was born in America). I guess I missed the part about him saying he was reading messages from fans! Thanks!

  • by the way you were singing the koreans are in for a treat tonite at your sold out show. awesome david :) 14 songs? wow, keep bottles of water and a towel on stand by ur gonna need it to sing a whole album

  • great job!
