  • Worked in Bundoran for a few months in early 1990s - lovely place, great people. I would go for a walk every evening because I was there on my own without my family and there are some great walks nearby. It's not like a Russian Gulag. Look at 2:11 to 2:20. Inspiring landscape

  • I go to Kinlough near Bundoran every year to see my cousins and for a city kid it is sooooooooo boring. I love Ireland though. Letrim is aaaawsome. This is donegal .If U R in kinlough go to the kinlough inn chinese. Its pure class

  • lovely video upload, i know bundoran well and it is beautiful.

  • Hi, I returned a week ago from staying at The Great Northern Hotel. Bundoran was really good! I was very pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was good but the ton was a lot cleaner than I remember it. We ate out a lot and thought the food was very good and very reasonably priced. It's obviously a great place for kids. The scenery surrounding Bundoran is brilliant. We drove all around Donegal bay. I was sad to see that Killybegs had gone downhill. Huge fishing ships and not much else.

  • This looks more like a Russian gulag, grey, drab, best use it as a base for travelling around.

  • @curlykale Sorry you feel that way. If the gulags are like this it probably wouldn't be so bad. Anyway, in the interests of free speech your view is noted and the post will stay up.

  • great video just what we need to show off Donegal :)

  • Bundoran <3

  • love it so much, the atlantic apart-o-tel was mi family and i's spot every year for 13 years in a row up to bundoran every summer now we own a mobile there, anytime we want now, still hang around the atlantic though

  • Such a beautiful video x

  • I have the happiest childhood memories of summer holidays in Bundoran. The slot machines, the beaches and rocks, crab hunting, fishing for mackerel off Roughey and the cabaret nights out with my parents in the Palace Hotel. O'Gorman Arms was also a great spot. Bundoran was a childs dream vacation spot. Always something to do. I particularily remember John Denver's Annies Song being played on a loop down at the beach and the old gypsy fortune teller in her little hut! Then I grew up! Sadly!

  • what about main street??
