Play65 is a cheating site with non-random dice. Yes, we all know it. But Play65 refers to the tests that prove their dice are 100% random. How can they not have been caught? Let me explain how the scam works.

A very high number of players at Play65 are bots, playing to earn all winnings back to the company. It would be too risky to simply have the bots move the exact best move all the time, because they know opponents sometimes analyse the games.

So they have to figure out a way to cheat with the dice. This they do by applying what I call a situational cheat. That means the bots are getting the best dice, not the highest dice. And of course the opponent gets the worst dice, not necessarily the lowest dice. That way they can maintain "100% randomness" over hundreds of games analysed by stating that the dice values are random. It's not the value on the dice that win games, it's getting the right dice at the right time.

The scam works so well because the dice are fair at first to lure you in. But after a while the "bad luck" settles in and players will deposit more money and wait for the luck to return. Which of course never will happen. This is also apparent when famous top players evaluate the site to see if it's fair. They just don't play enough games to reach the point of no return.

I doubt the free board is shipped & received so quick because, AFTER making a deposit of $25, then you're required to play 50 games (during which, the average player will deposit MORE money and, in the end, will have paid for the board atleast 3 times over!) but OK -- in order to receive this board within 1 week, one would need to play 50 games within 2 days, then hope that play65 will ship the board in the morning (via PRIORITY with no delays)! ..So, not likey but - possible...maybe. ;)

no offence but why would someone deposit more money if he already has some, plus 50 games go by really fast. and i got my board about a week and a half after depositing my first time as well.

also i won forth place in a tournament about a month ago and they sent me a great play65 shirt.

People would deposit more money if (like a beginning user), they lost it all BEFORE playing 50 games. ....But, OK, perhaps I stand corrected and this free board is a good dael. But, ya know, a lot of these promotions are set up so the customer invests more money than the promo is worth. If this worked OK for you, though, that's cool - I would applaud play65 for offering a good deal.

I got the board very nice, I really like the site and this is from an Iranian (the site is Israeli) :D backgammon brings people together :p just make sure you don't play against Persians, we invented the game and no one can beat us at our own game. Good thing for me there is not a lot of Persians on the site (but I have learnt that the Israelies who win the big tournaments are of persian origin!).
