U just need a player with extremely high FK attributes, with curl at close to 99, so Beckham or Roberto Carlos, then all you have to do is aim away from the goal, pull the left analog stick towards the goal and hopefully it will score. It is probably the hardest type of goal to score in the game and I have only managed to do it 3 or 4 times.
