People always complain that their room is too crowded with instruments from each game...if its such a problem and u only play guitar dont buy the instruments they come with...i have two guitars controllers and five music games. And use just the rockband or just the guitar hero drums each one works for both

The wii versions graphics suck and there is no physics at all. Everyones hair and clothes looks like plastic because it does not flop around like on ps3. I LIKE FLOP! Sadly i only recently got a ps3, and have had Gh wt for wii for a while. I can't wait to see Kurt Cobain flopping his hair around on PS3. I'm going to get gh5 soon.

the wii version is way different.

first off it looks almost identical to guitar hero 3 (which means no glossy fret notes)

at the solo parts where to don't have to strum, there are no purple lines that connect the notes, AND you can tell what button ur pressing(a light flashes of the color)

and the engine is more responsive with mii freestyle.

personal choice really, rock band 2 has more realism (as guitar hero world tour add's notes in on expert that don't exist in the actual song) and has a better career mode. where as guitar hero world tour has better song downloads and an a few good tweaks left out of rockband 2 e.g. a 5 second wait before resuming a song when paused.
