Baja 5b / ATC3K Onroad test.

Have you ever been able to take night time shots with this camera? Mine refuses to show any image at night, if I shine a torch at the numberplate of a car, the numberplate will light up as a blob, but that's it.

@Mitchd03, no not really - its not really able to do that. You'll find that with most cameras thats why they invented night vision goggles.

great vid. its cool seeing the steering and suspension working up close like that.i want a 5b as part of my fleet, but went to the paintballing route instead. highly considering this camera, and now reconsidering a 5b as well thanks to you XD

yeah i'm imfamous on forums like that and 5thscaleracing for voicing my opinion and getting banned for it. I'm not a fan of overly commerical forums because you'll not find any unbias information - it pretty much all gets tainted by the greed of the forum owners. 5scale is pretty good though.

@sirro07, yeah but I got banned within 2 weeks of joining for saying bearings wenr't a good idea acutally inside the diff. - seems I was hurting fateddy's bearing sales by saying the brass bushings were fine...

Ohh .. i have that pipe as well, just sounds so different on the on board camera, i could never have recognized.

yeah the mic on the ATC is an odd affair, has alot of waterproofing + all the foam i put over the mic to kill the wind rush seems to have made it sound more throaty.

LOL I am 31 years old and still think radio controlled cars are pretty cool to watch. My old mate at work used to build the petrol ones from scratch iirc and he said if it was full size it would be doing 300mph!! :-o

TBH I know nothing about them only that they go fast. Great video!

Yeah their great fun, this one is made from kit, petrol powered and 3ft long, weighs 25lbs.
