Being a greyhound bus mechanic from los angeles maintenance center, i know for a fact the first people they look to blame is the mechanics, and we know ourselves either it's 20 percent driver error or another automobile trying to get past the bus thinking they can beat it's size, but never wonder the outcome of it's devistation, and damamge!

I'm African American by the way. I would move but I make too much money here as a doctor for one of our local emergency rooms. Everyday I see mexicans come into our hospital with gunshot wounds and injuries from drinking and driving. I laugh at mexicans in this state.

In a vehicle that big it's best not to swerve for smaller cars. It's best to maintain lain control, especially with that many lives in your hands. Sure it will suck hitting the cars in front of you, but at least your actions will have been in the right. (I used to drive for Greyhound and Amtrak out of Redding, so I do know what I'm talking about.)
Yep... passengers' lives are a priority over other motorists on the road, as cold as it may sound. Now that I'm a truck driver I would be willing to swerve and risk my life if it meant other people living.

How exactly did the crash happen?
There are reports that 1 of the drivers were drinking is this true or not?
The drivers of the SUV are Hispanic, but y are there racist comments posted here?
