  • Very good bersion! Also like the instrumental-version by Hammond-organist Ken Griffin!

  • My grandfather, Carl Bean, co authored this song. Fun to hear.

  • I've heard this was the most popular song the year I was born (1939)..... Thank you for sharing....(+:

  • This version gives the song no justice...sorry. I think Benny Goodman's swingin' version of the song woke it up from a toe tapping tune to "get out on the floor and cut a rug"

  • One of my favorite old Lombardo songs.

  • I''m thrilled to have found this song. I heard it on the University of Calgary radio station on a Friday-Saturday night years ago. It stuck in my head as a really nice song and beat. My thanks for your posting this. Cheers, Chris :-)

  • My pleasure Chris and glad you liked it.

  • Guess? Mid 1930s?

  • 1939

  • Thank you.

  • This was one of my father's favorite songs, and I heard it a lot as a young boy. I like it a lot, too.

  • Glad you enjoyed it Vandy!

  • Very pleasant recording.

  • One of my favorites songs!

  • This a truly brilliant Lombardo side. Thanks so much!

  • This orchestration is like bubbly champagne and it is so adorable and sweet. I love it and the charming vocal and the delicate piano solo. Thank you Pax for the champagne music.

  • Always my pleasure to bring you your champagne music. I had this song on a 33 some years ago and used to play it for my girlfriend, now my wife.

  • I played this song on trumpet. Not very easy to play...must say I'm no professionnal musician!!

  • Thank you for visiting my channel! I see you like Guy Lombardo. I have another song of his posted on my channel and will be posting more soon.

  • My parents had this recording I remember it a boy.

  • I hope it brings back great memories.

  • this such a delightful version, perhaps my favorite. i enjoy playing it often. thanks so much for posting it.

  • You are welcome Bill. I have always like this one since I first heard it as a little boy. We used to have it at home in our record collection when I was growing up. I just bought this record about a week ago.
