for cody116261... the white filler is a filler aigent called micro balloons..also called Q-cell..its a powder mixed with resin..after you fill it you glass over where you filled

All those repairs by just using a sander? How rough was the sand paper? 60 - 400?

how would i go about fixing a crack running down the rail of my board about 7in long?

i filled it with boddy filler yesterday so im not sure if that was the right thing to do
