You don't need to download anything to create a ringtone! Create AAC version, change start and stop time to desired time and length, create another AAC version of the newly changed song (you can delete old AAC once you do this). The new AAC version should be the length of your desired ringtone. Right click and choose "show in window" or whatever it is for mac. Right click sont and click "rename". it should say "songtitle.m4a". Change m4a to m4r, hit enter and agree, double click to hear ringtone
