This case was pretty simple. The douce that did it used an orange juice bottle as a silence and left it at the crime scene. Naturally, his DNA had been recorded because he had been arrested before. Not sure why. What a moron. One has to wonder why he was hired to kill Robert Yee.

He was not on duty as a Police Officer, but as a sec. guard. He was retired from the Miami Police Dept,

Mr. Yee, had a daughter that was killed in the early 1990s and he himself was shot on duty as a Miami PD officer. Rafael Toirac has been arrested in this case and will be tried soon. May God be with Mr. Yee and his family.

good presentation and all but wouldnt this video clip serve better justice if played on the Miami local news media? good luck finding the killer. just from watching it, i got the feeling that it was an inside job. maybe a retaliation from a past arrest? thats just a feeling i got. good luck and love watching miami detectives the most on the first 48!
