And they have received 10's of billions from the US to subsdize their military. The notion that Iran, which does not have nuclear weapons and proved little in terms of competence in their war with Iraq, is a serious threat is laughable and especially because Israel does have nukes. Nuclear weapons are ridiculous... If any country launched or detonated one, the rest of the world would step in and "game over".

Modern Nukes are 1,000's of times more powerful than the Hiroshima bomb....the atmospheric pollution would sweep into other countries very rapidly. Thus in effect, "incidentally attacking" uninvolved nations.

If we imagine the whole world wouldn't rise up and put an end to that countries future, we'd be kidding ourselves.
