@syamasutheesh Thank you so much. Coming from a Keralite, this is a huge compliment. If I could add only one thing, it would be the sliced coconut... takes it to another level. Don't you think?
@irfandama reply was very quick ..infact we r making it now ..actually 3rd time in 2 mnths ..i tried same recipe with organic chkn ..since it need more cooking time ....yeah i too prefer fried coconut slice in beef n chken curry ..
@syamasutheesh Very good call. This recipe works great with Chicken, and if you eat pork, it works great with pork too. Will be looking to do a lot more Kerala recipes. Undoubtedly, my favorite Indian sub cuisine.
OK so I made this last night for our Friday night Poker group and it was a complete hit ;) Awesome recipe. I actually switched it up just a little with Irfan's other recipe , the Kerala Beef Curry (I kind of combined the two because I was using stewing beef and I wanted a curry with more sauce)
Anyway, great flavors, I jacked up the spice because we all like it HOT and the whole crowd loved it.... Thanks man.... keep em coming!
@chikshumikshu Hey there. Thanks for the feedback and the thumbs up. I can certainly try to increase the frequency of movies, but it is hard, trying to manage this with a job. Besides, the editing process to get the quality I desire takes a lot of effort.
I will certainly try to bump up the frequency all the same. The next video on the docket is a Vegetable Biryani, as requested by one of my viewers. Let me know your requests, and I will try to put it on the show.
@chikshumikshu Hey chikshumikshu. Malabari parotta is delicious, and I am trying to yet perfect the technique. I am sure going to try posting it in the near future.
this is just like the Malaysian Beef Rendang yours without the lemongrass and slice tamarind and theirs without the fried dried chilles and mustard seed
Malaysia and South India have very similar cuisines, both being in the tropics, and both being important factors in the spice trade. There has been a lot of cultural exchanges between the two countries. I love Malaysian food.
@openuniverse2003 Well... for starters, your lack of sophistication portrays your ignorance. If you had waited till the end of the video, you would have read the facts about the thriving Beef industry in Kerala. Might I suggest a website called Wikipedia. Heard of it?
Do a fact check on India, before spouting racist comments. If you could get your head out of your bigoted Beverly Hills anus, you might learn something useful.
Stick to 90210. it's perhaps all you could understand.
@openuniverse2003 I don't sleep with Indian men. Perhap you know better, in that regard. Did you get your poor heart broken by an Indian man? It's ok to lash out, I guess, since your poor heart is hurting.
@openuniverse2003 And I'm guessing, all you know about good food doesn't extend further than a box of Hamburger Helper. The only food cooked for you by a chef would be Chef Boyardee.
And what about your weak comeback? That's all you got? Your food sucks? What is this, a tantrum from an 11 year old? Have you even gone through puberty?
I'm glad you don't do cooking videos. Your food would be just like you... SPOILT ROTTEN.

Can I assume you have to take out the curry leaves etc. at the end?
FlipOrlando 7 months ago
@FlipOrlando Hey FlipOrlando,
Taking out curry leaves from a dish is a matter of choice. I leave them in because I enjoy eating curry leaves. They are edible and taste quite nice.
It is quite a hassle trying to retrieve the curry leaves from a dish, but you most certainly can, if you choose to.

@irfandama You sound upset. By the way, is it true that Indian men do not use condoms because size Regular is TOO LARGE for them. LOL!.
