I see the rim of a crater casting a shadow. Thats all. Anything else you "see" there is because you want to see it. If it were an object, the shadow would be cast more to the left in the 9 o'clock position rather than in the 7 o'clock position as in the video based on the shadows and light reflections throughout the rest of the frame.

@misticismoNATURAL Thirty seconds in Google will give you a rather long list of objects that are tidally locked. These include Mars' two moons, the of Jupiter and Pluto and Charon to name just a few. It is literally everywhere. Again - we understand the process quite well. It isn't a mystery and we observe it all over the solar system. As for non-circular craters - off the top of my head - try Schiller and the Messier craters. 30 seconds in Google. Try it next time.

interesting...was looking in my books for that crater...finally found it...It's name is CLAVIUS its 225 km accross on the south-west side of the moon...Took a lil while to find since when looking through scope pics are upside down...but it has those distinct smaller craters which really helped....This object would have to be close to 30 km across...

From 2:59 and up, this is definately not a crater wall, it's building type structure. It rises directly up and appears to have a rooftop. It casts a shadow to match the object as well. Also, anyone with a pair of binoculars can point them at the moon and see the Plato crater (crater just above the anomaly) so this too would be visible. No. It is NOT a "huge object". It is just the rim of crater Clavius in shadow. Get on Google and search for higher resolution images of the crater - you can see very easily that it's just the rim. Further, look at the direction of the shadow - its going completely in the WRONG direction for it to be a large object - it appears to be about 90 degrees off the angle it should be.
