Awesome jab right cross drill. I absolutely love it !! There are a lot of so called trainers, but it's kind of quick and easy to see, who are good teachers !!! I'm gonna keep my eyes and ears opened for this guy. I'm looking and listening to learn more from him !!

So do you want your chin guarded at all times? from when you throw the jab, you take the jab back to defend your chin and then throw the right cross?

I havn't done any boxing so i am not sure

ideally yes, takes alot of looking in the mirror and practising.

so when you throw left jab your right fist should be glued to your face and vice versa.
