I did everything perfectly, the rings lit up, the skull showed up on the bridge, but when I picked it up, no achievement was attained and when I completed the level it still didn't show up and neither did my helmet... Any help?

no helmet gets rewarded for getting this skull. only for getting all the gold skulls. IWHBYD is a silver skull, which is also why there was no achievement.

you need to do it on Normal or up. And follow the patterns. You'll need to kill truth and then the flood almost ending the level then jump threw the rings CORRECTLY and you'll get it on the bridge going to Truths dead body.

yes you must start at the beginning rally points do not work, the level is so long that there is actually two skulls so of course one will be at te end of a long level so they just make it harder for you to get it by you having do the whole level over and over until you get it =(

First 2 times i did it I can guarantee i did it right, but it didn't work. First time the rings flashed red, 2nd time yellow, third time blue. I'm not sure why that happens but if you want the skull, your rings should be flashing blue when you jump through them.
