HAHAHAHA O GOD I WAS STANDING NEXT TO THE JOKER WHO WAS FILMING THIS HAHAHA HE HAD HIS CAMERA LIKE HIDDEN UNDER LIKE A SHIRT HAHAH YOUR THE MAN .....o god this was such a sick concert!
I was at this show, and I was amazed at how they recovered so quickly after LeRoi's passing. The addition of Jeff Coffin actually was very effective. If LeRoi had a worthy successor, it was Jeff.
I was a this show with my fiance (now wife). It's hard to explain the feelings we had, what we felt. LeRoi was such a big part of the band, yet they went on without him. A great show, but still sad that he will never play on that stage again, and DMB shows just aren't the same without him. Great show. They also covered Sledgehammer that night, FYI.
Watching them sing this song, so soon after the passing of LeRoi, and not knowing they'd done it earlier in the tour, I felt it was very pointed. I see now it was part of the "tour" but at that very moment... it seemed so touching... LeRoi, being the king. It was an amazing 3 days at the Gorge, AGAIN! Thank you to all who make it possible..
It was truly an amazing show, my ninth in a row. The gorge never lets me down.... Camping makes the weekend what it is.... Celebrate we will in 2008. R.I.P Leroi.... Your music will live on forever....

the DMB gorge concerts are THE best way to end the summer before school starts, no question about it.
