I don't understand why you need an 'African American' breastfeeding alliance. I don't see how black peoples' milk is any different than white peoples'.
@mediate27 it does not have anything to do with one's milk being different, its more to support african americans to breastfeed more. Studies have show that caucasians breastfeed more of there children than african americans for some reason.
How do you prevent your breasts from sagging?That is one of my biggest fears of breastfeeding.
