I too saw all three performances at Shrewsbury and I can only echo the previous comments- absolutely brilliant songwriter. I especially like the poignant 'You Stay Here'- wonderful stuff. Marc Shulman- the perfect complement to Shindell- even better when teamed with Lucy Kaplansky!

I too saw all three performances - Richard Shindell is fantastic! Marc Shulman's inclusion was inspired, so "right" to give the right atmospherics for Richard Shindell's strong and accurate acoustic playing.

This is the music I live for - grown up well constructed lyrics, songs that tell a story and peerless musicianship.

I saw Richard and Marc`s 3 performances at the weekend, they were all superb and, for me, the outstanding highlights of a great weekend. Chatted to Marc who told me that he may be performing on the next album - can`t wait!!

Thanks for posting Neil. I was at the festival and Richard's solo show was a big highlight for me. Shulman's atmospherics were a brilliant addition.
