Pot use in Vancouver is highly tolerated, but still illegal. It's just a little bit more progressive here. Growers are still busted and there were 12,000 plants confiscated in Nelson, B.C. yesterday.

...Romulan budder?...budder's only made using a bubblegum/white widow cross - that's what it says in a CC article...I've tried budder b4 and actually got 10 grams in the exact ketchup style container that Jeff Tek was holding - I paid an arm and a leg for it but it was easily the strongest 'pot product' I ever tried and believe me I've tried some serious 'products' in my time - it's better than anything I tried in Amsterdam - 0.2 grams could easily get 4 people nicely stoned...
