@TITSMCGEE187 if you're rather impressed by someone who's reping with 225 than monster athlete who can manage 600 pounds than you're one of a kind idiot. How many people in the world can press raw 600 pounds? And how many 225? Get real.
@TITSMCGEE187 naturaly strong people ..for example Pat Casey.. don't need steroids or any pro hormones to move heavy weight. Casey at age 17 bench press 425 pounds at bodyweight of 215 pounds. That was year 1950. He was doing dips with 380 pounds heavy dumbbell at bodyweight of 300 pounds. First man who pressed 600 pounds in competition with no gear. No wrist wraps no shirt, no nothing. 365 pounds x 3 reps for triceps extension. You set your mind straight. Those are people you should look up to.
@m5p944 I look up to people who do something more with themselves than train intensely to the point where they are disgusting. Good man for repping 425 lbs, but guess what? His "strength" is useless when he'll need it. Good example? Mariusz Pudzianowski vs Tim Sylvia. Even though the Pudzin was the strongest man in the world, his size was his downfall. So when im glad someone can bench 225lbs for 32 reps, dont open your mouth (fingers, rather) and make a comment to try and look smart.
respect...isnt this bad for shoulders?
