Yes, unless you request your records be removed from the Church, you are a member. The Quorum of the Elders are obliged to see how you are doing and offer help if necessary.

Who said I was offended by a condom? Condoms aren't themselves evil, there's certainly a place for them. I think it's interesting what they are generally used for in relation to the nature of the letter.
The general and effective application of a condom is to disconnect progeny and interaction that often comes out of the activities they are usually associated with.
I just find it interesting that you chose that. It was intentional on your part, I just think what it conveys is interesting.
