One of my all time favs. Saw them several years ago at Shaerfer Crawfish Boil in B'ham, Alabama. They really have some great songs. Emerson is an awesome writer.
This group and this song reminds me of old hippy days and Woodstock! Excuse the cliche, but they don't make em like that anymore! Tonic is like a modern day Crobsy, Stils, Nash & Young! I bought this tape in 1996 when it first came out and love almost every song on it, especially "You should see her eyes" and this one!

I love TONIC. Saw them in concert in Atlanta a few years ago and they are even better live (if that is at all possible) ;-) Awesome band who doesn't get the recognition they deserve!!!
moves my soul...im a big old redneck bubba type and i love tonic!!! dont give a crap about people laughing at that....this band and more importantly this song MOVES my soul.....Moves my soul...that is all powering......moves my friggin' soul people! I have cried and laughed to this song..dont give a damn whether you like it or not...but i had to post the fact that i am uplifted by this song!!
I saw tonic live on the fourth of july, They are epic, We were at the blue water, and they were sitting right behind us in the food area, We had no idea they were part of the band . we fliped wen we saw it was them
I have seen Tonic play all over the north east; about 12 times. Emerson is the most down-to-earth man in music. His passion and personality is second to none. I wish they would have had better representation backing them. They deserved so much more than they got, and the world has lost such profound talent! Emerson is the most beautiful Irish boy alive... Yes, I know he's american, but his face says otherwise.
Saw this band in concert in 2001 at a local deal in San Antonio. They played their commerical stuff, but saved this for last. Talk about seeing an audience go wild! Awesome song -- even live!
Any man worth his testosterone has known at least one woman like this... (referring to the one in the song). If lucky, never MORE than one... cuz one is enoigh for 10 lifetimes.. Lemon Parade, just an OUTSTANDING album!!!
I wonder did they know the male praying mantis offers his neck to the female during coitus so that she'll be distracted eating his head so he can "last" just a little longer? Hmmm Yep I think maybe they did. Who says this is a man's world? Show me that guy and I'll show you a guy who has yet to be struck by the lightning on the mountain. Terrific song!
One of my favorite albums in all of music.
