@Eltrotraw He did. Every single Naxx boss spoke and a few of them had different lines/voices as well Pre-BC. Like Kil'Jaden pre-BC sounded badass and the new one sounds like shit. Much like the old Lich King pre-BC during the Naxx event.
@hippaul the reason why Kel'Thuzad sounds diffrent is because his voice actor from wacraft 3 (and probably classic wow) now does the lich king's voice. Which makes me start to wonder what happened to the guy who made Arthas' voice, all the scenes from wacraft 3 you can see through quests in northrend (and culling of stratholme) where Arthas appears his voice sounds a lot diffrent from warcraft 3.
@ploppman1 Yeah I found out now. The original voice actor of Arthas from WC3 was asked by Blizzard to return for Wrath, but they offed him LESS money than they did for his job in WC3 so he turned Blizzard down on principle. There was a big post on MMO Champ about this with the real actor replying from his website to someone who asked about it.
The same thing goes for the original Illidan voice actor I read too, which is why Illidan in Black Temple sounds Irish rofl
