Still sounds a little weird. There are two sounds for the ch. One of them is guttural (like in Noch), but the other is like a sleek sound you get by pushing air through the sides of your mouth. I can't really explain it. Listen to how a German says "Schlecht" or "Chemie" or "durch". Also, that's another thing. Durch has that smooth ch, not the rough guttural one. Also, the L in German is different from English. You're going to have to learn that from listening too. Otherwise, I'd say not bad.
Goethe's name is stressed on the first syllable, like: JOhann WOLFgang von GOEthe ;)
And "Der Zauberlehrling" is probably not a good choice for this kind of videos, especially if you're making them on the point :P
maybe you should try something contemporary (Goethe is hard for some native speakers, because it's kind of old fashioned (or classic :P) and then Poems are hard the first time you read them anyway...
Der Zauberlehrling is probably one of the best known poems in Germany and it's about the Sorcerer's Apprentice who was left alone by his master. So he wants to try some of the spells. He makes a broom prepare him a bath but doesn't remember how to stop him. Eventually the whole house is flooded and even though he manages to split the broomstick in two, he is unable to make him stop bring more water in. In the end the master comes back and ends it. :)

Oh and Goethe probably won't sue you, considering he died in 1832 :P
And the last one was the best you did :)
(It's a part of the Erlkönig btw :D we had to learn this one by heart in 7th grade or something -_- I'll probably never forget it ^^)
I notice an improvement of your German, even though it's kind of hard to judge because of the texts you chose :)
You could read up on Goethe though, he's kinda famous :P
(btw correct me if I made any mistakes please, I'm still learning as well :D)
