@halowar2552 dang, my netbook cant run it. I have Atom N550 (dualcore with HT) and ION2, but with the lowest settings I barely meet 10fps. what the hell!?

oh and 1gb of ram. maybe thats the culprit, but when I checked, I had 300megs left of ram in-game :/

I doubt it, MW2 is a graphics card intensive game, doesn't require any demanding processor power. What you have is a integrated graphics chip, so it won't run I bet. The Nvidia ION is a dedicated GPU so that is one reason why it can run MW2 on a crappy Intel Atom processor.
