股神？如果我有錢！我也是股神！他的樓並非全美的，我在七四年買入的元朗祥康樓六樓，不到兩年就在西邊牆漏水，天台入口處後來也一樣，有大洞、有發泡膠。樓下店地下下墮，填泥也沒用，因為洞穴又深又大，結果樓也賣不掉。他比李嘉誠更差，是食香港人血的大奸商。如果不信，可到安康路一行，鄉議局中學對面，幾年前路過，一如破屋。叫他自己買回重建！
