  • Awesome!

  • @TheBuilderdave if you have not tried wfp you are missing out dave,

  • Well... our D.I.Y outfit did take a bit of building, the stress was worth it in the end though! The quality of the clean/time saving benefit we're outstanding... I beleive that all the £3.50 gossiping tea drinking coffin dodgers need to either get on board or move over now... Doe's Dust Pan & Brush >>>------> Hoover ring any bells??!!!

  • Interesting video.. Your concept just may be a good one. Will visit your forum to learn more about your concept.

  • @multimastery

you are very welcome, hope to see you there

  • just thought i would let all window cleaners know, this is the best insurance company, covers broken glass, and much more w w w.gleaminginsurance.co.uk/cleaning/wfpac

  • This is the true fact, it is not a waste of time or money to use this method. We have been using it for over 20 years. Pure water does not like to stay pure, and attracts dirt like a microfiber cloth does to water. Have fun climbing those ladders peterwoodings38.

  • you carnt do as good a job as if you were at the window yourself a waste of time and money

  • 15 mins a window and you still have to get up there to get the screen off.....no thanks

  • @hotwheelsme No you dont have to wipe the screen off. It dries perfectly clean. Dont comment on something you know nothing about. I have used it myself. Its a brilliant system. Took 3 minutes to do the front of my own house, instead of 15 minutes using ladders

  • since when did he say 'he invented it' you fool. this is my dad and thats my home. there are lots of similar companies out there now using this system and all the equipment is bought from america.

  • no offense intended miss G, sorry

The opening line of the video the reporter says "a man from believes HE'S come up with a system"

The poles he is using-I recognise them they look like "powerpoles" from corress in the USA, (or possibly omnipole in the UK).

They have been superceded by glass fibre and carbon fibre poles, much easier to use and faster to extend with quick release clamps.

Well done to your dad for portraying a professional image of a window cleaner on TV. Sorry for any offense!

  • Lol look at that system and the rubbish poles he's using. Must have cost all of ten quid.

I like the way this bloke is taking credit for inventing waterfed poles LOL he can't even do it properly.

  • there is a better system from east germany called pura clean !!!

  • Its total crap... No offense but i've got loads of customers where they are not happy with the new ways. Also it leaves loads of excess water and it does leave bird crap ;)

  • well i have been a waterfed window cleaner for 7 years, and i dont get any of those problems, bird crap, also the customers love it, its like any other tool, if you use it correctly, you get brilliant results,

  • "It leaves loads of excess water". Oh really?!

Running tap water through it would also clean the dirt off, but then it leaves it's own mess, minerals and chemicals in the water in the form of white speckles all over the place. Thats were the water purification comes in. ;) The pure water will evapourate leaving no trace if properly used.

  • ionic systems all the way!!!!!!!!!!!

  • this fing would never cope wiv birdshit.some of them shit like cement....trust me im a window cleaner

  • It does work my dads been a window cleaner for 15 years and hes moved on to this system and it does clean the windows great, some tough bird shit does take abit of getting off but it does come off, so get your self one one much better than the traditional way my dad also cleans conservatory roofs and plastic fasias they come up great too.

  • i been doin it fer 18 years and i never thought of anti freez.......... thanks for the tips.

  • trust me am a wfp window cleaner and it does remove bird crap,

  • Depends on the brush too. :)

  • And the birds diet XD

  • Didn't tucker pole systems celebrate their 50th anniversary this year, hardly a new concept.

  • Exactly. And both are nutty expensive. And neither will scrape paint, caulking, mineral deposits, oxidation etc. Don't throw away your ladders just yet.

  • what about the streaks

  • there are no streaks or smears,

  • looks good to me, thanks for the video.

  • It'll be good in winter when there's two inch of ice all over the footpath.

  • you cant window clean when its icy...........fink about it

  • Lol my dads mate still cleans the traditional way and he puts anti-freeze in his soapy water to stop it from freezing on the glass it works :)
