I am going to be perfectly honest for a moment. The device can not put out enough energy to lift its own power supply let alone any thing else. It is only stable in the videa becase each corner is tethered down with string. I would like to suggest that instead you try to generate an arc across the pole of a powerfull magnet. The arc would give the air a magnetic current that would allow the magnet to move it. I Have seen this work with water so I suppose it could work with air.
