Most Israelis wouldn't accept the tone this program sets about their society, but probably feel affiliation on some of the themes raised, while taking a pinch of salt (eg Uri Avnery is very smart and has had a rich life in politics, but he's hardly representative of most Israelis on the conflict's problems).

It does not mean because Germans killed Jews, so that Palestinians have to die or suffer; nor it has to be the case that every one Jew died, 40 Palestinians have to die. 40:1 is just a ratio that reflect on the "success" of terrorism.
