Why dont the do a reboot of the Superboy Tv Series, with the cast of smallville? Or better yet They could make a live action of Young Justice. What I would really like to see is Tom welling play Superboy in a The New 52! Version of Superboy with the new red and black suit and N.O.W.H.E.R.E. Now that would be pretty cool.

@turkanator123 He ony started to read and understand Kryptonian because of that beam, in anyway that beam downloaded in him with that knowledge. His earth mother, Martha Kent, made that suit, but the sign on it, isn't symbol of hope, it's the symbol of the family El, but the humans see it as a symbol of hope. I think that the suit is indestructible because of Jor-El, when he kept it from Kal-El at the fortress. Sorry for bad english

In the modern comics, Superboy is the "clone"-hybrid son of Superman and Lex Luthor, Conner Kent/Kon-El. This show was created before the arc that introduced that Superboy, based off the original comics' version where it was Clark in his younger days before taking up the Superman name. While he becomes Superboy at the age of 8 in the Silverage comics, this show has him assume the identity from 18-22 years old (22 seems to be the max. age for Superboy), while 25 is the minimum age to be Superman.

Not really, Yagamijase. When Superman first appeared in the comics, he was a man. When they introduced Superboy, it caused some confusion for many fans. After other DC comics characters created some confusion (really, the writers fault) DC created the multiverse.

In one universe, Clark Kent became Superman when he was a man. In another universe, Clark Kent became Superboy when he was a boy.
