It wasn't insulting. Who the hell is Rob Reiner to go around preaching anti-smoking campaigns when he looks like a heart attack waiting? Stone and Parker nailed it: Not everyone has a fucking Malibu mansion or vacation in the Bahamas. Some people would just like to go to a bar and have a beer and a smoke after a tough day. But according to Reiner, thats so terrible. He should hire a nutritionist, his health will decline faster due to his poor diet before someone elses 2nd hand smoke.
