  • what's with his voice, did you pitch it?

  • There's just no way a guy so giving, intelligent, and kind as him could've molested a child. I think he was just a little naive about how to handle things, which was how those con artists extorted money from him.

  • i watched it free here

watch DM last DM movies . com ( de lete DM )

    enjoy

  • MJ is your FLESH & BLOOD brother !!

Don`t spread cruel and untrue comments to ruin MJ.

  • He's highly intelligent. And thats what real sexiness is all about.

  • Not only was he a good singer and dancer, but a good orator as well.

  • Now tell me. Someone like him can do something bad to children? think with your heart. Can it be possible? I am sure you know the answer.

  • Oh shit...i cannot understand everything...

Michael i love you and i hope you knew you felt all the love we have for you. And not because you are/were the greatest entertainer that ever lived, just because you are what you are, honest, humble, caring, loving, generous person.

    It's been hard withou you...

RIP - it's all for L.O.V.E an love lives forever

  • Michael was a great man! Probably it was just too difficult for mass medias to accept it...they just wanted to invent stupid stories about him. But the fans have always known it was rubbish.

    RIP sweet angel!

  • never heard about this time Michael jackson came to Oxford Uni to do this philanthropist speech. there were no photographs in tabloids or any papers about this nobel cause or visit.

BUT always heard and saw pics of 'bizarre' 'wacko jacko' and his outings and 'circus ' events at shopping centres. the tabloids reported that well.

....like Michael jackson said "good news doesnt sell to them (tabloids) so they dont report it"

  • It is sad that people, and the media in particular will tear down someone by trashing them, rather than report on the good qualities of others. Michael was bluntly honest about his own lack of a childhood. He helped others around the World at a great cost to his own well being. The accusers and haters were wrong! My own brother worked for Michael while he was in Santa Barbara, so I know this to be true.

  • If one lesson of life is true, it is that people will always use words to tear others down....Even more so if that person is doing GOOD.

-RIP, Michael, I love and miss you.

  • i wonder why this happen...

  • ? what do you mean?

  • He worked for Michael? Really? (bellaimages)

  • Yes, he did. -I'm bellaimages posting from one of my other channels. WebbiesTV has my younger brother playing guitar. If you are talented, you should make some videos. Best wishes!

  • Just learned of this speech since Michael's passing. I'm currently reading Rabbi Schmuley Boteach's book. And although, I don't trust him, I appreciate him for getting Michael to do this speech. I only wish that the proceeds of his book were going to Michael's children. This would make the Rabbi's work more authentic, honorable. my 2 cents. RIP Michael. You'll be forever missed!

  • share the video please

  • wow...unfortunate that the media never reported this

  • Michael Jackson's humanitarian mission must serve as an inspiration to the young generation to look beyond their own sufferings and show love and care for those around them as a start, to help make this world a better place.

  • This sounds speeded up. Where is the Video version?

  • Por favor traduzam Brasil quer ver

  • where can i find video?

  • Comment removed

  • The speech perfectly integrates multiple thoughts and experiences which may give us the possibility to change our rigid view of the world.

It's our decision if we want to listen. And the second step:

Try hard to understand it, not only the details about the childhood, but the results which are shown, the sense behind and the projects (maybe not continued after his death.)

  • There is also a video out their also...for those who do not believe.

  • yes because this is totally a song you retard

  • For someone who did not go to college he speaks very well

  • Thanks, jennipoo55. Though his voice still sounds rushed and high.

  • That's his voice !!

  • michael. i love hearing you speak this! . . . i love even more, reading the words in the transcript over and over. as much as the world knew about you, they still find out more and more about your brilliance, and what they "didn't" know . . . you keep surprising us. we adore you. and i will RAISE YOUR FLAG . . . i will applaud you and help, as i can, to enlighten others about the real and continued genius of you. how lucky we are to have known your work!

  • i love it!!!!! michael you are such a kind, intelligent person!

  • watch?v=XzIQlVSH8GU

    same speech

    without the chipmunk audio

definitely my favorite michael jackson speech

  • Of course this is Michael. That's his voice !!

  • why does his voice sound so high here?

    that is not mikes voice....

  • this was on my birthday!!!!

  • We "THE WORLD" have indeed lost a great and beautiful man. I can hear his "soul" speak to me in his speech. He is so pure in heart. I wish that I had had the chance to be in his circle of friends because it's almost impossible to meet someone with such a pure heart and be an adult in this wicked world.

  • It saddens me that most of what I hear in the media is all the negativity surrounding MJ's life. After a while I just couldn't take it anymore. This is a great speech and I wish the media would show more of this side of Michael. RIP MJ. Finally he is at peace.

  • its only audio?

  • why they change the audio? sounds like a chipmunk lol!

  • Oh My God, the world should hear this. How beautiful and genuine this speech is.

  • It was so touched. This was a message out of his heart. We should learn from that and put it in action. Can we all do that to bless others and to heal the world?

  • people...the audio on this sounds like a chipmunk

    there's a better version by " begodsglow "

  • its just not fair.

the world needs to see this.

where would he be if people would have supported him as a human being,

    not as a freak.

he changed the world for musicians.

if we would have givin him a chance,

maybe he would have changed the world to actually make us better human beings.

sometimes i wish i had it in my power to just make things better for him. but he's at peace now. god bless you michael joeseph jackson.

  • gambatula you have expressed exactly what I have felt since I heard of his death. I hope one day his children get to hear this speech.

  • Post it on Michael Jackson's official site on the forums part.....:)

  • man this is so sad but poignant

  • Now I regret not attending this event!

  • I reckon everyone needs a hardcopy of this entire speech. I can read it again and again. It's so revealing, raw and just basically the message MJ was all about.

  • There is a hard copy of Michael's Speech online

  • Where? do you have a link please?

  • YouTube doesn't like the competitiveness of our sharing other web links here .. but I'll try. Google ~>

    Michael Jackson's Speech at Oxford

  • He was a gentle and loving soul. A legend. R.I.P Michael Jackson

  • Rest In Peace Michael, you have a beautiful soul. you will be missed. Love

  • This is so sad. My heart hurts. I am happy to hear this. This is my first time that I have heard first hand how he used to witness.

  • wow his words are so powerful...i love his sense of humor, i love him so much, so talented, yet down to earth and sweet, God Bless You Michael!

  • Generation "O":

Has everything on the outside wealth, success, fancy clothing, fancy cars and a vacant emptiness on the inside...a society suffering and not knowing it...tsk tsk...

  • His reply to Bashit's question right after the incident actually sounded very cute. I'd rather him speak in his childlike high pitch voice than his deep voice in WMA 2006. I dont know about this speech though cause it sounded way too high. lol

I have no problem with it though as long as I can hear what he's saying.

  • Great speech, but the dumbwit who posted it hasn't got a clue.

Since when has Oxford University been in London??

  • Michael Jackson's voice is higher in this because the person who originally uploaded the audio increased the speed of the recording. Don't ask me why because I haven't a clue, but it's the reason he sounds funny. I just thought I'll clear that up before I get more comments like "he sounds like a munchkin"

  • Comment removed

  • I'm not sure but judging by the speed of his speech and the pace in wich he says the single words, I would say this is speeded up, knowing at what pace michael normally makes speeches in. then again I could be wrong...

  • i agree

  • Yeah, I wish it hadn't been sped up, because I can't take any of it in. Michael never spoke that quickly.

  • That was amazing but he almost through his off a bridge. But thia rocks go michale

  • That was beautiful!

    A amazing speech.

    Love you michael!

  • God bless you Michael.

  • Michael is such a good and honest speaker! love this speach!Go Mike!Tanx for posting!x

  • i think it's his speech voice because he does the same voice in 1992 accepting a grammy thingy... you know when you havea 'phone' voice lol

  • Speak on Michael. :)

  • Tubewises I agree with you about MJ being used as a pin cushion basically and regarding the USA's governmental involvement in a One World Government. Scary! You were pretty vague on the correlation between MJ and One World Government though. I would be interested in hearing more of your theories because both subjects are of great interests to me.

  • Michael Jackson was used as a tool. Wake up, peopleStop believing CNN, NBC, ABC and corporate mediaThey're not telling you the truth. We're into a one world government that world isthe USA. We're taking over the world by force. That's NOT what we were founded upon. Anyone heard of the Constitution? Remind the elected officials of your state that they took an oath to defendYoutube is bought and sold by the rich and powerful, and DON'T care about you and me. Google that! You have no future..

  • He is a very eloquent speaker. :)

  • he sure is :)

  • im sorry, but michael sounds sorta like a munchkin in this.. *laughing*

    OH HE SO DOES.

anyway, this is a great speech, no complaining... but he sounds like a munchkin

  • lol he does!

    i still love him lol

who does he talk like that

bc we know he is making his voice

a little higher here bc his natural

voice is softspoken but it doesnt

    sound like a munchkin lol.

  • i know but i love him! a munchkin!

  • lol yeah Michael out Munchkin!:))

    gotta love him lol

  • man this is an amazing speech. I wish that the public knew he could speak like this rather than how they remember him from the Bashir documentary or the 2003 trial....its so cruel and disgusting how people only see the bad side and never the good....

  • I love Michael but

i dont understand why he says he was

five when he sang ben and rockin' robin.

He was at 13 or 14 right? lol, The j5 didnt

become famous until Michael Jackson was 9.

Although he was doing clubs and talent

contests since he was only 5..

  • He didn't mean he recorded those songs at 5, just that he started performing at 5. They were pretty famous in the Midwest. But became internationally famous after they joined Motown and had their first big hit "I Want You Back".

  • yes i know michael was performing and doing

clubs and talent shows as young as five. However he named the songs ben and rockin' robin exactly when he mentioned singing at age 5.Now he may have just used those songs as an example to get his message across.Whatever the reason he got his point across and i love him :))

  • maybe he meant that the songs were written then, jmo

  • My favorite speech ever! Michael, you are my shining light.

  • This is th Michael that NO Amercian is aware of. This information has been supressed in the American media. Only now are Americans being re-introduced to the genius that is Michael Jackson. Quite frankly many Americans are offended that our govt. kept this information; MJ, away from of because of trite mindsets. Thanx for posting this. I had no idea!

  • Im American and i'm aware of this..

  • Well you are very well informed, because unfortunately I was grossly unaware MJ spoke @ Oxford. You would think this story and speech would have been world-wide headlines. Not just because it's MJ; when ANYBODY adresses the Oxford Union student body this fact alone is world news. Why were we not told? Why isnt this speech common knowledge?

  • oh yeah i agree with you completely. I knew about this bc the transcript was writtin on a Michael jackson fan site. As far as hearing about it on the news, nada. I never hear anything postive or uplifting about Michael Jackson in the terrible American Media. This was the first time i actually HEARD the entire speech. It should be common knowledge. It's a beautifully truthful, and uplifting speech.

Michael Jackson is a great person.

  • he's such an eloquent speaker :). he draws you in so easily...he can be serious and then subtly throw in a joke, and it's not forced. so smooth.

  • if only Michael could healed the entire world

all alone, on his own, I bet you he would be the happiest on earth.

  • MICHAEL IS SO HUMBLE ! He didn't have a childhood like most people but he had his OWN KIND OF CHILDHOOD and it wasn't all that horrible. There were bright spots...weren't there ? I love the Jehovah Whitness recollections. OMG...I was the kid that Michael saw in those homes... Michael...nobody had everything they wanted even in those homes....there were problems and issues...of a different nature. But I also understand wanting the opportunity to experience all those things for what they are.

  • WOW....I just had a revelation. People told me once that the best singers are singers who felt a lot of emotional Pain in Childhhood or were denied normal feelings of love and acceptance or were somehow scarred and I always thought...then how does that explain Michael's brilliance...from early childhood and now I have an answer but it just SURPRISES me. Sorry I'm watching part 1 after watching the other three. I loved the "soul years" comment.

  • nice

  • Omg... I've been looking for this. Michael Jackson helped me finally forgive my father.

  • me too.

  • wonderful , powerful .

  • I've always wanted to listen to this oxford speech. thanks so much for uploading. where can i download the audio files please? thank you.

  • so so so sorry i just rated your comment a thumbs down- absolute mistake, i agree with every single word you say- michaels are words of wisdom, i adore this speech
