  • interesting i have not thought of that.

this is added to my list.

  • very impressive

  • Thanks!

  • My interest in HHO is the use for:

    1) domestic heating

    2) cooking

    3) hot water

but to make HHO work for internal usage, one must do somethgin witht he residue, being water vapor, otherwise the whole house will get damp and moldy. Have you got a solution to that, or is it in the pipeline?

  • We have already tested that. With a flame as small as we are using, an average 12X12 room's humididty was raised by only 1 percent in 24 hours of use. So far it is so negligible, that I don't consider it to be a problem. Of course...If you consider it a problem, then here is an idea...just install a dehumidifier. They produce DISTILLED WATER, which can be stored and used to refill the cell's reservoir! :-)

  • Isn't that just sweet?

    Its such a beautiful system.

Keep up the fantastic work, and I'm sure you will go far.

Once again I will tell you the welding machine second chamber is not designed to be a bubbler it is designed to be a second gas chamber to mix with the hydrogen oxygen gas designed for welding there is no bubbler were safety. The second chamber can take gasoline or any quick drying agent to mix with the HHO gas for welding. Regarding your bubbler if you add enough pressure with a quick release of HHO gas going through it I guarantee it will fail.

Instead of having one stream of bubbles you what have continuous foaming action connecting all the bubbles and you will have a flashback. Making it on demand at low volume you will have no problem at low volume.

Once you increase your HHO gas flow from 12 to 15 liters per minute and do a test with a quick blast of high pressure stored HHO gas that will take 30 seconds to one minute to become on demand again gas passing through the HHO bubbler you will have many lines of bubbles connecting and you will have flashback

  • I'll say this again for the last time...If you introduce 12-15 LPM to a product that has a safety rating of OD5 (On-Demand up to 5LPM)...IT WILL FAIL. That is the point of a Safety Rating System. So you know what you are buying. You need to visit our website and read about our SRS (Safety Rating System). All our products are CLEARLY marked, and are designed to withstand thier CURRENT SAFETY RATING!!!! I will not keep answering these comments if you keep rehashing this line of thought.

  • I am intricately familiar with pressurized torch systems, like the Aquagen, and others. What you are referring to IS A BUBBLER. It is designed to introduce various liquids to the HHO to provide FLUX for the flame(like methanol, kerosene, etc). These liquids either increase the flame temp, or decrease it for various materials. You are right in this respect. If you introduce ENOUGH pressure, it could fail. But the bubbler is designed to withstand it's CURRENT SAFETY RATING. See our SRS. Steve

  • In the demonstration you did not say how much HHO gas was passing through your bubbler. Was it 1 liter per minute or more. If you are passing 12 to 15 liters through that small unit at 3 pounds of pressure you will have an explosion. What I'm trying to say is pressurize the cell and bubbler together and open it up releasing the pressure down the hose immediately and Lite it without a flashback arrestor. It will make it through the bubbler.

  • Have you seen our SRS video? These bubblers are designed for pressurized systems. A flashback will not make it back through the bubbler, because of the sintered bronze element in which the gas must flow through. The test you saw was at 4LPM, because this particular bubbler is rated OD5 for 5LPM. Our larger bubblers are even more powerful. If you are getting a Daisy Chain ignition through your bubbler, then you do not have a disbursement screen at the bottom.

  • Sir Steve, you rock! Thank you for thinking outside the box and keep up the good work with your innovative research. lol

  • Thanks

    Remember, break those bubbles up!

    Steve

    Be safe.

  • Steve ,Once again AWESOME. Keep up the great work :)

  • Thank you very much.

  • steve, all your bits and bobs are just brilliant, a treasure trove of innovation!

    keep it coming...

  • Thanks, buddy.

    Remember...break those bubbles up!
