I still cannot figure out how to do this! Pullups come very easy to me, aswell as kipping pullups, but I simple cannot get over the bar. The transition is too difficult. Any ideas? :)
@spidercho Hey, I actually made my first muscle up a week ago. I get 1 arm up at a time, and do the dip. Hopefully I'd get it done smoother with some practice :)

This guy has the best form for muscle-ups on YouTube. I also like the setting - no fancy gym or park for this kid; instead a rickety home-built chin-up bar in a weed infested yard behind an old graffiti covered building -- very Rocky-esque -- I love it!
Jesus - was about to say that 9 is not so impressive however the form was impeccable. I once did 100 reps over 2 hours (20 sets of 5) but this form is amazing!

Impressive because most vids have guys using crazy momentum and only doing like one or two. This guys does 9 without momentum.

first of all nice effort man.
now height doesn't related to the amount of pull ups you can do.
the amount of pull ups is detarminated by the weight/strenght ratio.
now to do one muscle up you need to do at least 5 pull ups so your upper back will be prepared for a pull up + a big pressure.
you can start training by doing this excersise on a low bar and then move on to a regular bar

First, do pull-ups to hit the clavicle.
Second, do weighted pull-ups.
Third, do explosive pull-ups, clap-ups.
Fourth, do weighted clap-ups.
Sixth, but not least, DO!
