Frankie Hernandez is the most obnoxious player I've ever met, and that includes Strickland. I played him in a handicapped tournament at the Golden Cue in Queens - when our match was announced, he continued chatting with his friends for another ten minutes while I waited at the table. I was so angry I shut him out...I was getting the five-ball and two on the wire, but still! I also saw him stiff a guy for $50.
