  • Looks delecious ^_^

  • green tea madeleines while having green tea. gotta try it. :)

    thanks for teaching us chef.♥

  • its so hard for them not to stick at all :-(

  • @houchi69 Make sure you grease and flour the pan well (as shown at 2:06). If the madeleines are still too sticky, then it's possible you need to bake them a little longer. They will be sticky when they are not fully baked :)

  • @ChefDePatisserie 3:17

still sticked even with your method. :-/

  • i want iiitt. i have an obsession with green tea. :3

  • Can you put a video of what tools you use? I mostly want to see what scale you use. THNX

  • @michelle13579123 The digital scale I use is nothing special at all. It's actually a very cheap one. :)

Just search for "Ultra Thin Digital LCD Stainless Steel Kitchen Scale" and it will likely be the first link you find.

  • @ChefDePatisserie My brother said you were male cuz of the K in front of your name. Is this true? *I do not believe him*

  • @michelle13579123 In Japan, "Keiko" is a typical name for... GIRLs. :-)

  • @ChefDePatisserie I KNEW IT! I told him that there's Kiki but he said NO HE GUY ._.

  • You should make a video teaching us how to make different mont blancs :)

  • Would this be the same for chocolate? Cocoa Powder + Heavy Cream then follow the steps?

  • @FireyNinja No, it would be a little different... don't use the green tea powder (obviously) and heavy cream. Instead, substitute 15-20 g of the flour with cocoa powder to turn the madeleines into chocolate madeleines. ;)

  • @ChefDePatisserie Okay, thank you!

  • i want to try it, its a healthy food but i dont know about green tea leaf except its mixed already to juices and drinks. . may i ask what can i substitute instead of green tea other than it?

  • @marisse0367 You could use the basic version, instead: watch?v=rfuupnlVLvs

Then, if you want, add flavors like orange or lemon zest.

  • i think you put a little too much green tea powder, its a little too green to look appetizing

  • @houchi69 But it smells and tastes just wonderful ;-)

If you don't like the green color, try the basic version: watch?v=rfuupnlVLvs

  • Yummy!!! :D

  • Hey keiko, would it still have the same texture if I substitute the animal ingredients with plant ingredients?

  • Ok that 2:53 looks sooo wrong. i know im beeing immature :p

  • Fabulous! :D I always wanted to try making Madeleines XD

Just one question: I have friends who are allergic to nuts, are there any substitutes for the almond flour? If not, I'll still make them :) but my friends just can't have any :( haha

  • @BeautyOfTheHearts For your friends, you can substitute the almond powder with corn starch. The "real" madeleines with almond powder taste better, though. ;)

  • @ChefDePatisserie HaHa, Oh! Thank You Very Much ^_^ I guess I'll try both :D

  • Seems like a lot is involved, but look great
