  • nice

  • what's the name of the song ?

  • @tuandoan1991 - Om Mani Padme Hum.

  • bad yi jin jing

  • @MrChemanfu - This is not Yijinjing. This is Shujingong.

  • haha this fagget watching too much chinkgoom movie...lol. khinh cong its like he can swim under water ahahaha...

  • Chinese - Shujigong

    Vietnamese - Tẩy Tủy Công

this is the sec sutra of qigong and the first one Yi jin jing = Dịch Chân Kinh.

  • Awesome, I love it. I will practice. Chinese - Shujingong is not Tay Tuy Cong in Vietnamese. I like the music in the background it sounds good for meditation.

  • @tuanphong408

    stupid fool

  • fuck you leductuan99! who the hell are you son of the bitch?

  • What is Thu Kinh Cong? Is it like Dich Can Kinh?

  • Thu Kinh Cong is the Vietnamese translation for Shujingong. We think, Master Der had simplified Dich Can Kinh for us. DCK is very precise on the breathing besides the techniques. With Shujingong, we don't have to pay attention to the breathing.

  • I thoungt he cuold fly

  • Shujingong are so perfect to me.

  • i never heard of him before yesterday, lol. And it's a funny story. But I can't tell it here.

  • He seems very perfected to me.

  • Um, you are talking about a great monk here, my friend. :)

  • he looks pretty great, i think he seems very kind and sweet. In all the videos he is so quiet when the other one talks... like i guess he is doing Niem Phat? I think I like them. I hope to met them someday.

  • Master Der is well known for his virtues and wisdom in the community. :)

  • i have a question:

hopw dop you all recognize a perfected monk?

in which way is he different from monks not that perfected??

  • We don't know such thing about perfected monk. But we follow Master Der because we know he strictly follows the precepts. And when you have enough wisdom or life experiences, you would be able to experience a nice vibe from a virtuous human being (note, I did not limit it to only monks).

  • he makes it look so easy

  • Practice makes perfect! :)

  • i'm just in awe

  • 內功八段錦

  • what song is playing in the background? and where can i get it from? it's awesome

  • Om mani padme hum. I got it from Master Der. I think you can find it from Taiwanese or Tibet's Temples.

  • Thanks.

  • very nice :)
